Irony

Yesterday Caleb calls me up to tell me he had just got rear-ended and the car wouldn't start and he was stuck on the freeway. And on top of that, the car that hit him had taken off before he could even get the license plate number. Then the cops showed up so I had to hang up. He called me back a while later and turns out it was a five car domino effect rear-ending. Anyway, our car had an automatic shut off on the fuel (in case of collision), so he found the reset button and got the car running again. So Caleb and the car were off and running just fine.

But here's the ironic part...
When the cops showed up, they were out looking at the damage when one cops said, "Hey look! It's a license plate!" The dummy who left the scene left his license plate on Caleb's tailpipe!! Haha! I was laughing about that all day yesterday! So much for getting away clean. :) Now he's in even more trouble!
